Cellect系列單克隆抗體用于鑒別、分析、分離具有發(fā)育多能性的人類(lèi)胚胎干細(xì)胞（ES）和誘導(dǎo)多能干細(xì)胞（iPS）。本系列抗體特異性地識(shí)別具有發(fā)育多能性的干細(xì)胞表面的抗原，而這些抗原在干細(xì)胞定向分化后會(huì)被弱化調(diào)控。

hES-Cellect and ES-Cellect are high-purity monoclonal antibodies that recognize surface markers specific to pluripotent cells

The hFF-Cellect antibody recognizes human fibroblasts and has lower cross reactivity than SSEA and TRA antibodies that recognize fibroblasts and other human somatic cells

These antibodies can be used without cell fixation or permeabilization to detect and select live cells
